Nous recherchons un Data Analyst (consultant freelance) spécialisé dans le système MES, Critical Manufacturing, pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie de l'architecture du MES et des compétences techniques pour gérer le nettoyage, l'analyse et le chargement des données dans le système.
Responsabilité
Analyser et nettoyer les données dans le système MES pour garantir leur exactitude et leur applicabilité.
Charger activement les données dans le MES, en assurant l'exactitude et la conformité des informations transférées.
Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour comprendre leurs besoins en données et soutenir l'optimisation des processus de fabrication.
Interpréter les données du système MES, identifier les tendances ou les problèmes, et proposer des solutions pour améliorer les opérations de fabrication.
Gérer et maintenir l'intégrité des données dans le MES, y compris la mise à jour régulière pour refléter les changements dans les processus de production.
Développer et maintenir des rapports pour aider à la prise de décision et à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication.
Qualifications
Expérience solide dans la gestion des données, de préférence avec une expérience spécifique dans les systèmes MES, notamment Critical Manufacturing.
Compétence technique pour gérer les aspects de chargement de données et comprendre l'architecture système.
Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de production industrielle.
Connaissance approfondie des processus de production et des exigences de données associées.
Soft skills :
Excellentes compétences analytiques et attention aux détails.
Fortes compétences en communication, capable d'expliquer des concepts techniques à des non-spécialistes.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter des délais serrés.
Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec différentes parties prenantes.
Langues :
Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral).
Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
Il s'agit d'un rôle pour un consultant indépendant (consultant freelance).
Il s'agit d'un projet à long terme, avec un contrat initial de 6 mois et 2 autres extensions prévues par la suite.
Date de début : dès que possible ou fin janvier 2025 au plus tard.
Exigences supplémentaires
Ce poste nécessite une présence sur site à hauteur de 75% du temps pour assurer une coordination efficace des activités et une interaction directe avec les équipes de projet.
