We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work from our Bournemouth office twice a month.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Experience:


Proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
Experience with statistical methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technologies behind them.
Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle and key product metrics.
Experience in setting up and leveraging product telemetry tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
Excellent self-management, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Basic understanding of B2B market dynamics and business models.
