Financial Crime Technology Team – Business Analysts, Project Managers, and PMOs Needed!
Our client are currently looking to expand their Financial Crime Technology team with a view to optimizing processes and technology across the organization. We are looking for talented Business Analysts, Project Managers, and PMOs to help drive innovation and efficiency in the fight against AML, KYC, Fraud, and Sanctions risks.
About the Role:
Our team partners with technology and business stakeholders to enhance financial crime prevention capabilities. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance through cutting-edge technology.
Who We’re Looking For:
Business Analysts – Experts in requirements gathering, process optimization, and bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Project Managers – Skilled in leading end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholders, and driving technology initiatives.
PMOs – Organized professionals who ensure smooth execution of projects through governance, reporting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Financial Crime Compliance and Technology teams to identify and implement solutions.
Gather, document, and refine business requirements to drive effective system enhancements. Support the development and delivery of technology-driven solutions in AML, KYC, Fraud, and Sanctions compliance.
Manage projects and programs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Continuously optimize processes, leveraging technology to enhance financial crime risk management.
Work in an agile and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in financial crime compliance (AML/KYC/Fraud/Sanctions) or related financial services fields - in a transformation/change capacity (Business Analyst/PMO/Project Manager)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Proven ability to work with development teams and stakeholders to drive technology initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of financial crime systems, data analytics, or automation
