Senior Business Analyst - Transformation (Financial Services) - Day Rate Contracts

About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst - Transformation, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our change agenda. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting complex business requirements, conducting thorough options analyses, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams. We have multiple opportunities available, specializing in Data & MI, System Migration, and Mortgage experience. Please indicate your area of expertise in your application.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, data needs, and reporting requirements.
Conduct detailed options analyses, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
Ensure the successful delivery of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our change management framework.
Champion the adoption of best practices in business analysis.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
Proven ability to elicit and document complex business requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Specialized Experience (Required for Specific Roles):
Data & MI: Experience with data analysis, data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
System Migration: Experience in planning and executing system migrations, including data mapping, testing, and cutover activities.
Mortgage Experience: Deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., BCS Diploma in Business Analysis).
Experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst within Financial Services.
Experience in Regulatory Reporting.
