g2 Recruitment are partnering with a firm in Scotland who are looking for an experienced Structural Analysis/Design Engineer with a focus on subsea engineering to join their team for a 12-month project!
You’ll play a key role in decommissioning subsea projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis & design for subsea systems and components
Ensure designs meet industry standards and project requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions
Review and interpret design specs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in subsea structural analysis/design
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.)
Strong knowledge of subsea engineering standards, codes, and practices

This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London, Aberdeen, Birmingham, Cardiff, Darlington, Edinburgh, London or Salford. As a Principal Security Analyst, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our client’s digital assets and data. With a deep understanding of the complexities of cyber security, you will be a key part of their cyber team with an ability to develop junior staff, working with the team to monitor the ever-evolving threat landscape. The role is critical in monitoring, detecting, analysing, and responding to security incidents and threats with precision. Your expertise in security technologies and incident response procedures will be pivotal in protecting the client’s critical systems and data. Leveraging Azure cybersecurity tools, especially Azure Sentinel, you will ensure vigilant incident and event monitoring.
