Contract Scrum Master (GDS)
Remote working

Up to £430 p/d Outside IR35
A global consultancy is looking to hire multiple Scrum Masters on a contract basis, the successful candidates must have GDS (Government Digital Services) experience and a background in either Software Test or Software Development, this must be evidenced in your CV.
Key skills:
Proven background as a Scrum Master (Agile software development teams)
Strong experience with GDS frameworks and experience working on public sector digital services.
Strong Agile experience (Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices)
Hands-on experience in software development environments
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies
Security clearance eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Guide teams in applying Agile best practices to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX Designers, and Business Analysts
Ensure alignment with GDS principles, including user-centered design, iterative development, and accessibility standards.
Drive adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and stakeholders.
Advocate for a DevOps mindset and encourage best practices in software development and deployment.
