RJC have partnered with a global energy trader, who are looking for a credit risk analyst to manage Credit risk exposure across their European Power & Gas portfolio.
The Role
You will analyse and manage credit risk exposures across their trading portfolio, using quantitative models and tools to assess counterparty risk, conduct stress tests, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Set and manage credit limits for trading desks.
Assess creditworthiness of counterparties in gas and power trading.
Monitor credit exposures and report risks to senior management.
Identify process improvements and support automation of risk reports.
Requirements
3-5 years in credit risk analysis within physical commodity markets
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and market dynamics in energy trading.
