Job Specifications

If you are an outstanding MS Dynamics 365 Technical Project Manager who has delivered an end-to-end MS Dynamics CRM Sales implementation in a large-scale organisation (2,000 users +), we want you to come and deliver technology projects in what must be one of the best and most exciting environments in the UK today. Great culture, great people and a buzzy environment where you’ll be joining at the front end of a major CRM implementation within a fascinating business whose ‘ways of working’ will be completely transformed by this technology. This is a multi-year, end-to-end opportunity that is going to be a great delivery story to have on your CV, a greenfield programme from inception to completion. And you can do this outside IR35!

The Role
This role is about leading and managing multiple technical workstreams/developments simultaneously and ensuring alignment with the overall programme strategy and objectives. It will require excellent planning, coordination and technical skills as well as the ability to track and manage risk and work in a structured approach using SDLC and drawing on both agile and waterfall methods. Initially the role will be to lead the non-functional technical workstreams through the planning and discovery phase to ensure technology readiness for implementation. So, all technical architecture, strategy, design, integration and infrastructure aspects as well as security and infosec. There is a wide variety of technology SME’s which will require coordinating and ensuring that the right deliverables are extracted from. This contract is as much about project management as it is about technology but you’ll need to excel at both.

You
We’re looking for someone with proven expertise around delivering MS Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud projects as a Technical Project Manager. We will only be considering candidates who have technically project managed Dynamics CRM projects end-to-end. So, knowing the common pitfalls, risks and mitigations of this technology is important to the role. We need excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ approach as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You’ll have the ability to explain complex technical details to those who aren’t technical. We also need someone who has experience of working with 3rd party partners and building relationships with the required key people to ensure delivery.

This is a six-month contract, but the programme will be multi-year and multi-phase.
