Mode search exclusively supports an iconic luxury brand in its search for a retail data analyst.

This is a unique opportunity for an expert in PowerBI, SQL, and DTC transactional datasets to join a world-renowned brand with a rich history in supporting innovation & craftsmanship.

Based Monday to Friday in the Mayfair Head Office, this role is part of the CRM team. It will support the Client Experience Manager in enhancing data quality and setting up reports on client segmentation and general trends across retail and Ecommerce.

The Role
Set up reporting using transactional data and setting up PowerBI dashboards
Use SQL daily to mine data and identify relevant trends
Understand the Luxury market to enhance understanding and context of findings
Produce and track key performance indicators
Monitor, Improve and audit data quality
Create graphs and visualisations
Prepare relevant findings in valid formats for Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements
Expert command and minimum 2 years working experience using SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
Minimum 2 years of experience working with DTC transactional datasets
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, focusing on customer success or customer data.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Detail-oriented
