Nous recrutons pour un de nos clients opérateurs d'infrastructure numérique un Responsable de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information (RSSI) (H/F).
Poste basé à Paris ou Lille.
Missions principales :
Stratégie de sécurité : Définir et garantir l’application de la politique de sécurité alignée aux objectifs du groupe.
Projets et processus : Piloter des projets de sécurité (IAM, chiffrement, anti-malware) et intégrer le security by design dans tous les projets.
Conformité : Assurer les certifications ISO 27001/HDS et la conformité aux réglementations (RGPD, HDS).
Sensibilisation : Développer un plan de formation pour renforcer la culture de sécurité.
Veille et gestion des risques : Surveiller les menaces émergentes et piloter les SMSI locaux.
Profil recherché :
Compétences techniques : Expertise en normes ISO 27001/HDS, solutions IT de sécurité (SIEM, IAM, pare-feu), gestion de crise, et environnements Cloud.
Leadership : Capacité à mobiliser les équipes et à collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes/externes.
Qualifications : 8 ans d’expérience, certifications CISSP, CISM, ou ISO 27001 appréciées.

Poste basé à Paris ou à Lille avec des déplacements.

Vous travaillerez en tant que référent technique Sécurité pour l’ensemble du Groupe. Missions : • Mettre en avant votre expertise technique avancée pour contribuer au choix et à la mise en oeuvre de solution de sécurité adaptée. • Evaluer la cybersécurité au sein des projets IT. • Participer à l’analyse technique et piloter la résolution d’incidents de sécurité en lien avec les entités impactées et les acteurs extérieurs (CSIRT, ANSSI, …). • Réaliser la veille technique relative aux solutions de sécurité du marché et à l’actualité. • Piloter et apporter un accompagnement technique lors d’audits de vulnérabilités (y compris de type Bug Bounty) et tests d’intrusion sur les services utilisés par le Groupe ou des entités spécifiques & assurer la diffusion de leurs résultats et la définition d’actions de remédiation puis leur suivi.
