You will oversee the daily operations of the IT Service Desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support to end-users. This role will play a key role in mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Location: London – 4 days a week onsite.
Salary: £60-70k
What do you need?
Strong experience of desktop, network and troubleshooting
Microsoft Stack needed (M365, Azure, Defender, Exchange etc..)
Leadership skills, able to develop a team
Customer service skills, with a focus on user experience
Plus if you have certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+ etc..)
