Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Location : Bruxelles, Belgium ( Hybrid- 2 days on site)
Language to be known : Dutch, French, English
As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Cluster Market side and, together with your direct colleagues, you will manage the review of the User guides of our applications
The Process Engineer actively participates in the reflections and ideation phases in collaboration with his Business and IT partners to ensure that the chosen solutions best meet the needs of customers and employees, while being in line with the Bank's strategy and respecting the objectives of operational efficiency (simplicity, lean, ...) and risk management.
Together with the Product Owner, you will define the solution and implement or review business processes and flows.
You are responsible End-to-End (E2E) for these business processes, from the customer's request to the delivery of the product/service.
You ensure adequate change management.
You design and improve our client's journey
You work in close collaboration with the IT development team and ensure that all information is available
You participate in the 'agile' ceremonies
You regularly report on the status of the 'features' (assignments) on which you work on different levels in the Tribe
You lead the changes in the Tribe / Squads together with your colleagues
You collect, understand and challenge the needs of various internal and external stakeholders
You understand and document current processes and tools
You lead the changes in the Net ( CSC INVEST )
