Planet Pharma is partnered with a global leading and fast-growing Biotechnology company, specialising mainly in innovative Immunology therapies. They are currently seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join their team in Belgium.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and guide the organization's cloud and infrastructure strategy.
Lead the cloud infrastructure and assist in the design, implementation and management of scalable cloud solutions - focusing on Cloud Azure and AWS.
Responsible for the timelines and communicate with the key stakeholders.
Work closely with BIS Commercial and Medical Affairs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, practices, and frameworks to drive innovation and productivity.
Establish a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practice.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to optimize and document infrastructure management.
Develop platforms to support generative AI initiatives.
Advocate for and implement recommended strategies and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor on technologies, architectural patterns, guidelines, and best practices.
Create and maintain standardized templates for system documentation.
Evaluate vendor offerings, software architectures, and platforms, delivering informed recommendations.
Main Requirements:
Experience and solid background in Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with Cloud Azure (must have) and AWS (desirable)
Life Sciences industry experience (ideal)
Previous experience in DevOps Engineering
Precious experience as Cloud Architect with solutions architect skills
