Job Description:
As an Application Support Agent, you will:
Provide Administrative Support: Help officials by extracting and processing system data, resolving user queries, and participating in inter-departmental meetings.
Conduct Data Analysis: Collaborate with specialized teams to analyze cases, create reports, trace supply/food chains, and present findings.
Deliver Training: Offer training and application support to relevant stakeholders, with occasional travel.
Perform Stand-by Duties: Be available one week per month outside working hours to notify relevant parties during safety alerts.
Handle Documentation and Testing: Maintain system documentation, attend coordination meetings, and perform application tests.

Qualifications:
What would make you a fit for the role?
At least a year of relevant experience, ideally in fraud investigation, data analysis, or application support.
Proficiency in using web browsers, web-based tools, and social media platforms.
Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and effectively communicate fraud-related threats and trends.
Excellent analytical skills and collaborative skills.
Eagerness to learn and critical thinking skills.
Fluency in English (mandatory), additional EU languages are a valuable asset

Service Description:
The services shall be performed remotely in Near-site location allowing to reach the Client’s premises in Brussels within 2 hours.
The external service provider may be requested to participate in the meetings with in Brussels.
