New requirement for a Product Owner to join one of the most prestigious and well-know higher education institutions in the world.
This Product Owner will play a pivotal role in in their Outreach and Global Summer School Programs working closely with their highly talented teams to build the highest quality platforms.
Responsibilities:
Be part of implementing a cloud-based CRM solution that provides a 360° view across the entire lifecycle – from the initial application through to the alumni community, and supporters. This will allow my clients to better personalise their interactions, ensure consistency, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Gain deeper insights into their audiences to provide them with the access points, tools, and support they need, increasing their satisfaction and inspiring continued engagement with the college community, championing their aims and ambitions.
Enable the increase of communication, and connectedness internally and externally by sharing and distributing data to improve operational efficiency and to respond to the needs of their student and alumni community better, increasing their lifetime value potential and their net revenue.
Key experience:
Strong Product Owner experience as a seasoned contractor in B2C or B2B environments
Absolutely adept at stakeholder management - some of the stakeholders here are incredibly challenging so if you aren't easily phased, keep reading
You must be an absolute Agile evangelist as this role will be heavily oriented around that
Good experience of JIRA
Passionate about User Experience, Data and with a pinpoint attention to detail
Very technically minded and very comfortable working directly with engineers and Solutions Architects
You must be very comfortable with ambiguity...its a fast paced environment with lots of change daily
Some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous but not essential
