Alexander Ash are currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their multi-disciplinary team. Within the organisation you will be responsible for evaluate, define and map local CRM business processes
This is an exciting opportunity for any Salesforce Business Analyst who is dedicated and will seek to identify improvements and efficiency's, while utilising new technologies and existing tools as the organisation takes on one of it's biggest bodies of work.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate discovery and design workshops to gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse client needs and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders to design Salesforce solutions and processes that meet business requirements, focusing on functionality and user experience.
Skill Requirements
Experience in Salesforce business analyst roles, with logical and analytical abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable implementation designs.
You have a genuine passion for solving business problems, both process and technical.
Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds preferred
