Location: Cannock/Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability of the company by managing invoices and payments efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing and coding a high volume of supplier invoices.
Managing the payment cycle, including preparing and processing payment runs.
Reconciling supplier statements and addressing discrepancies promptly.
Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Attributes:
Experience in an accounts payable or a desire to work in finance.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and colleagues.
