En tant que Ingénieur.e Production Senior (Monitoring), vos principales missions seront :
Supervision et analyse : Interpréter les métriques, identifier les incidents et anticiper les problèmes
Développement et maintenance : Déployer et maintenir les outils de monitoring, créer de nouveaux scénarios
Coordination technique : Assurer la liaison entre les équipes applicatives et techniques
Amélioration continue : Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les performances
Management des compétences : Encadrer les équipes offshore et assurer leur montée en compétences

Profil recherché
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en monitoring / solution APM, avec une expertise reconnue sur Zabbix, Grafana et Ekara
Maîtrise de PowerBI et Servicenow
Connaissance des processus ITILv4
La connaissance des environnements IBM mainframe est un plus
Leadership et excellent.e communicant.e, pour fédérer les équipes et piloter des projets complexes
Adaptabilité pour évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
Anglais professionnel (B2 minimum) requis
