Network Supply Chain Lead
Macclesfield 1 day a week (remote rest of time)
6 months - outside IR35 - £550.00 per day
The Network Supply Chain Lead is a leadership position with the unique opportunity to oversee the tactical global network supply planning during my clients shift to Compressed continuous manufacturing.
The Network Supply Chain Lead will lead the newly formed monthly CDC Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle and generate a 24-month tactical CDC asset plan across the portfolio.
Your role will be instrumental in aligning non-patient, clinical, and commercial demands into a cohesive portfolio plan.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess network capacity and ensure plans align with my Clients Pharmaceutical Technology & Development strategy.
Skills and Experience for the Network Supply Chain Lead:
Proven ability to lead S&OP processes and develop tactical supply plans across complex portfolios
Advanced knowledge of network capacity planning, including experience working with external manufacturing partners.
Strong experience in end-to-end supply chain collaboration, including pharmaceutical development, CMC, clinical supply chain, and commercial launch.
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and manage complex operational plans in Excel
Exceptional communication/stakeholder and leadership skills, with demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems, with a track record of driving process improvements.
