The Role:
CyberOne is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to focus on developing our existing company accounts within the UK. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with exceptional energy, passion, and initiative for identifying new revenue streams and growing customer relationships. Candidates must have experience in account management and come from a Vendor, Distribution, or Reseller background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within existing company accounts.
Identify and pursue new revenue streams within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders to foster growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell comprehensive solutions including software, services, and support to guarantee customer success.
Partner with Marketing to organise and participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Work with Channel and Enterprise Directors to provide training on CyberOne's products, services, pricing, and operational processes.
Travel to engage with existing customers to sustain and grow market share.
Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful sales presentations to inform, persuade, and close business deals.
Develop and promote innovative ways for CyberOne to stand out in the marketplace.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of CyberOne’s services, market trends, competitive landscape, and strategies to secure additional business from competitors.

Proven track record in account management with a strong understanding of technology.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a fast-growing customer base.
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales or account management.
Ability to plan and achieve goals independently while managing multiple complex tasks.
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Highly organised, analytical, and able to overcome sales obstacles with creative approaches.
Professional, motivated, with excellent project and task management skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
