My Retail client are looking for a skilled change manager with a commercial background in Consumer/customer data and Loyalty. London based, hybrid.
Provide expertise, tools, focused on consumer data, personalised marketing, and consumer loyalty.
To Be Our Change Manager,
Digital Marketing Transformation Expertise: Proven experience leading the change management capabilities of digital marketing transformations, particularly those underpinned by consumer data platforms.
Relationship Building: Skilled at communicating and fostering relationships across all levels within an organization, from stakeholders to team members.
Conflict Resolution: Adept at mediating conflicts, assessing challenges, and guiding conversations toward solutions that align with the best interests of the business as a whole.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert and lead a cross-functional network of individuals to achieve shared goals.
Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate project information, identify issues or risks, and ask insightful questions to drive resolution.

Ensure adherence to architectural designs throughout the development process. Technical skills required: Angular (Latest Frame works) Excellence in C#.Net Core, showing depth in architecture and data processing, utilizing frameworks such as Azure Event Hubs or Apache Kafka. deploying, and maintaining microservices, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and gRPC. database solutions, with a preference for experience in both relational databases like SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or CosmosDB. debugging and troubleshooting skills within the .NET environment, including performance optimization and monitoring.
