Are you an experienced ServiceNow Consultant looking for a new challenge?

I have an immediate 12 month contract role in Glasgow to join a busy team with an well-known global client. You will lead the design and implementation of their Common Service Data Model (CSDM), look at modernising their existing ITSM and ITAM solutions as well as the design of the configuration management database and asset inventory.What I am looking for:


Solid background in project/program management within corporate environments, with specific experience in ITSM solutions.
Excellent knowledge and skill of ServiceNow
Previous experience in delivering ServiceNow implementation or migration.
Excellent knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Release, Configuration (CMDB), IT Asset, Knowledge, and Reporting in ServiceNow and/or FlexeraSoft.
Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, including the ability to challenge, negotiate and motivate team members outside the direct reporting line.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Adaptable to fast-changing demands and environments.
Additional Skills Desired:
Understanding of secure software development concepts, especially in a cloud platform.
Program Management and/or Agile development experience or certification.
ServiceNow Admin and ServiceNow developer training and certification.
ITIL experience or certification.
