Job Responsibilities
Create and manage documentation using a broad range of tools and techniques -eg BPMN process maps, use cases, user stories, workflow documentation, change impact assessments
Demonstrate critical thinking and support the business in making decisions which will drive benefits and add value
Identify root cause and present opportunities and options to senior stakeholders
Identify and manage requirements and translate into functional specifications to ensure that objectives are met
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussion and to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
Manage user acceptance testing through creation of test scripts, coordinating testing activity and defect management to support go live readiness
Contribute to discussion and development of business analysis best practice to support continuous improvement and positively promote the BA function
You would initially be assigned to the AI Programme and would be responsible for the delivery of analysis to support the identification of opportunities for automation that would support innovation, drive efficiency and add value to the business.
Skills Required
3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst within a law firm.
Good written and presentation skills with an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner.
An enthusiasm for change and defining processes which will add value with a keen interest in new technologies
Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple locations
Adaptable in approach and be able to work to different project methodologies
Experience working alongside PM's on AI projects - strong advantage.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.

The AI Product Manager will serve as the central point of coordination to deliver the vision for the firms' portfolio of AI tools. This portfolio includes both internally built tooling as well as externally purchased products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, ideally within the legal technology sector, specifically in artificial intelligence and machine learning as well as an appreciation of law firms and the practice of law.
