Overview:
We are looking for 2 experienced enterprise architects to join the IT Architecture team (75+ people strong) to help shape the overall IT strategy
What you'll do: shape
The CoE IT Architecture is also responsible of the IT Strategy. In that context, we are looking for two experienced enterprise architects to carry a variety of tasks
- network with all senior architects to refine the ambitions of the CoE IT Strategy & Architecture
- interview relevant stakeholders to capture key strategy topics (ambitions, constraints, conflicting roadmaps, main enablers and pre-requisites, key actions, ...)
- document roadmaps, action plans and proposals
- support senior architects and projects in their gap analysis and impact analysis
- support transversal portfolio management; help preparing budget request for architecture-triggered projects
- lead ad hoc architecture studies
What you bring:
Technical experience
Mandatory: IT architecture in a mix of legacy technologies and current, digital technologies
Preferable: IT architecture in simplification and rationalization contexts
Business experience
Preferable: Exposure to financial services
Soft skills: The successful person can perform enterprise architecture activities.
As such, he/she will display
Architecture proficiency
Ability to interview various stakeholders to properly capture all relevant information (architects, product owners, managers, security experts and other key squads
Ability to deliver compelling messages and to prepare company's buy-in in an agile at scale context
Work hands-on to prepare budget requests matching the proposed strategy topics
