As a Client Engagement Partner, you’ll play a key role in the success of your customers by sourcing, managing, and growing a select client cluster and positioning Hitachi Digital Services as a Strategic Digital Technology Services partner of choice, identifying opportunities and avenues to sell new consulting service offerings and solutions.
Your expertise in the retail, manufacturing and/or automotive industries means you’ll be adept at establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers and building trust by understanding your client's business goals to deliver successful outcomes.
With your exemplary delivery, account management, and professional/technology services experience, along with a deep understanding of the core areas that we operate in (Cloud, Data, IT/OT, IoT, & Managed Services), you’ll be able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure your client’s goals are being achieved through first-class service delivery.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Contributing to new business development efforts in new clients and facilitating those offerings.
Driving the sales cycle including opportunity identification, scoping, proposal development, Statement of Work production and contracting.
Understanding Hitachi Digital Services and offerings and identifying matching client needs.
Overall account management to include work quality and customer satisfaction, collaborating with service delivery leadership to deliver solutions & services, account P&L..
Bringing Manufacturing industry expertise to our clients.
What You’ll Bring
At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing Account Manager or Delivery role in IT professional services or management consulting.
Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Retail, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries in the UK.
A strong background in delivery, programme/project, and managed services environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and within client organizations.
Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
