Contexte
Nous recherchons un chef de projet IT pour accompagner LTU Tech, éditeur de solutions avancées en reconnaissance et traitement d'image, dans la gestion et la livraison de projets pour de grands groupes. Le candidat idéal sera capable de fournir un support technique (premier niveau) et commercial, ayant des bases technologiques pour accompagner aussi bien les équipes internes dans l'élaboration et le suivi des sprints que les équipes clientes dans l'intégration produit.
Mission
Le chef de projet IT sera responsable de l'assistance à la maîtrise d'œuvre, en lui fournissant un support et des conseils pour la planification, l'exécution et la clôture des projets de développement dans le domaine de la reconnaissance d'image. Il/Elle assurera la bonne tenue du dialogue avec le client, et devra s'assurer que les projets sont livrés dans les délais, respectent le budget et répondent aux exigences de qualité convenues.
Responsabilités
-Gestion de projet :
Planifier, coordonner et superviser l'exécution des projets dans le respect des délais, budgets et engagements.
Organiser et animer les sprints (méthodologie Agile), suivre les jalons et piloter les livrables.
Organiser la validation et la transmission (réception ou émission) des livrables.
Assurer une documentation claire et complète des projets.
Fournir un reporting d’avancement des projets sur une base hebdomadaire au Comité de Direction
-Relation client :
Servir d'interface entre les clients et les équipes techniques pour garantir une compréhension commune des besoins et des objectifs.
Préparer, animer et assurer le suivi des Comités de pilotage et autres organes de suivi des projets
Récupérer les informations nécessaires à la complétion d’un contrat.
-Support technique :
Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour s'assurer de la faisabilité technique et du respect des spécifications.
Réaliser des analyses fonctionnelles et accompagner les équipes techniques dans la résolution des problématiques.
Profil recherché :
-Compétences techniques :
Bases solides en développement logiciel (idéalement avec des connaissances en Computer Vision ou en reconnaissance d'image et langages de programmation comme python).
Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile et les outils de gestion de projet (par exemple Jira, confluence).
Bonne compréhension des environnements et contraintes SaaS et on-premise.
Connaissance en développement d’APIs.
-Compétences transversales :
Excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion de la relation client.
Forte aptitude à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
Capacité à fonctionner avec des équipes de petite taille dans un contexte d’hypercroissance
-Expérience et formation :
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT, idéalement dans des environnements startups ou scaleups.
Formation d'ingénieur ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en informatique ou en systèmes d'information.

Type de collaboration : Freelance.
Disponibilité : 2 jours ou 4 demi-journées par semaine.
Lieu de travail : Paris (centre) et télétravail
Durée : 6 mois à partir du 6 janvier 2025.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for the development (design of experiments, data generation and interpretation), pre-validation, and implementation of analytical methods using UPLC/HPLC systems to support a range of development projects. Your main missions will be: Design and perform quality scientific experiments to develop robust analytical chromatographic methods.
