The Partner Integrations Team at Quantcast plays a critical role in delivering seamless ad tech solutions by connecting our systems with key third-party partners. These integrations enable essential functions like audience selection, targeting, measurement, and reporting, helping our customers achieve their advertising goals effectively.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth and maintenance of these technical integrations. You’ll work on solving challenging problems in high-volume, low-latency systems and play an active role in improving our platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to design, build, maintain, and scale integrations of our high performance distributed computing systems with third-party partners.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in high-performance systems operating at scale.
Work on codebases with a strong focus on quality, readability, and maintainability.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and improvements for our integration tools and systems.
Participate in team discussions to solve complex problems and brainstorm creative solutions.
Participate in on call rotation of the team
Requirements
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of industry experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of the Java ecosystem is a must.
Good knowledge of the Python ecosystem.
Strong software development skills (version control, code review, testing, release, monitoring, debugging).
A passion for solving technical challenges in high-scale, low-latency systems.
Interest in learning about ad tech, integrations, and system performance optimization.
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn from experienced engineers.
Some exposure to large-scale distributed systems or optimizing the performance of large-scale distributed systems or APIs is a plus, but not required.
