Mac/Windows Support Engineer - £300 - 4 day's remote - Outside IR35 - 2 to 3 months

We are seeking a skilled Mac/Windows Support Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in resolving mobile account issues, ADBind challenges, and have hands-on experience with Jamf. Additionally, a deep understanding of managing Enterprise-certified WiFi for multiple user MacBooks is crucial.

Requirements:
- Proficient in troubleshooting mobile account issues on both Mac and Windows platforms.
- Experienced in addressing ADBind issues efficiently.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jamf for effective device management.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Enterprise-certified WiFi for multiple user MacBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for Mac and Windows users, resolving mobile account and ADBind issues.
- Utilize Jamf for efficient device management and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage Enterprise-certified WiFi solutions for multiple user MacBooks.
