Business Analyst
Lead the design, development, and implementation of data strategies to optimize Business Intelligence tools, data pipelines, and dashboards for actionable insights.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers, and BI developers, ensuring collaboration across departments to deliver effective data solutions. Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Oversee the creation of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making.
Data Governance and Quality: Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency by enforcing best practices in data governance, security, and compliance across the BI ecosystem. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into BI solutions, and present complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
