Job Title: Program Director (Contract)
Location: London, UK
Duration: 6-months (Feb 2025)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Program Director to lead and oversee complex technical programs on a 6-month contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple technical programs from initiation through to delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program objectives are met.
Monitor program performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects.
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Program Director or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex technical programs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications in project management or a related technical field.
