Job Title: Software Developer - ServiceNow
Location: Sailsbury - mostly remote
Rate: £600- £650 pd inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Clearance: Must have SC
Responsibilities:
. Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
. Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience
. Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimising workflow efficiency.
. Optimise ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
Your skills and experience:
. Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
. Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA
. Excellent programming skills in JavaScript
. A problem-solving and analytical approach
. The ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels
