Job Responsilbities
Assist the current EUC Systems Engineer with the definition, design, and delivery phases of workplace solutions to address business requirements, ensuring optimal integration of the future enterprise environment.
Focus on delivering solutions that optimise end-user experiences and improve productivity and endpoint security.
Engage stakeholders to define Microsoft technologies acceptance and adoption criteria.
Drive knowledge and best practices for Azure/Microsoft 365 stack.
Design solutions in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus requirements.
Provide guidance and support to 2nd/3rd teams. Contribute to operational handover, service introduction documentation and training material.
Skills Required
Around 5 years of experience in supporting SaaS/Cloud/End User solutions and products, focusing on M365.
Build, patching and deployment of cloud applications.
Expert knowledge of M365 and integrated products - O365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Azure AD, ADFS, Powershell, Automox
Experience in the implementation of advanced functions of Microsoft O365 Security and Compliance centre, Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access.
Knowledge of Microsoft E5 licensing, features, and policy management.
Experience with Legal applications, including; iManage Work 10, Aderant Expert, Intapp Walls/Conflicts
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.
