My client, an insurance organisation, based in the City of London has a requirement for a permanent Change Analyst, to join their Business Operations Team. This is an exciting time for a Change Analyst with a good understanding of business analysis and project management to further their career.
You must have a minimum 2-3 years of working within the insurance market sector and any experience of working in The Lloyd's Insurance space would be a major bonus. In addition, you should have the following:
- Business and process analysis experience
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to identify problems and subsequently propose and implement solutions;
- Relationship building - establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external parties
- Exceptional organisational skills - being able to prioritise tasks and deliver on deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Visio)
