Position Overview:
The Identity and Access Management ("IDAM") Tribe is part of the Cyber Information Security Office ("CISO") Division and oversees implementing, operating and managing all the accesses from, to or within the client IT infrastructure. The main mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons, as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, Infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.
We see the Business Analyst Expert as a key resource of the team who contributes to deliver new systems or modifications to existing systems. This therefore encompasses the role of Business Analyst and Product Business Analyst sometimes segregated in other divisions. Within the IDAM 2.0 Program, whilst core Business Analyst skills and knowledge of Identity and Access Management would be required
Support the Project Lead in scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
Collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.
Define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.
Analysis Target Operating Model and implementation / migration approach, to refine and validate scope and requirements, to identify changes.
What you'll do:
Working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical specifications.
Define approach to requirements gathering, and elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
Define approach to data analysis and data cleansing.
Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools.
Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy, identifying new scope and requirements e.g. for parallel operation of as-is and to-be processes.
Collaborate with the change management to ensure that new deliverables are adopted for the benefit of the organisation.
Analyse the impact and the security risks of a new service development on the current system. Capitalise on the existing security measures or mitigations in place and identify benefit profiles.
Facilitate communication between the business, the IT teams, and the key contributors during the project delivery phase.
Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure that the initiative delivers the expected solution.
Participate to the validation of the solution through testing and ensure the traceability of the results.
Update internal and external documentation to ensure its up to date like the standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training material.
Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.
Use in-house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation.
What you bring:
Understanding of Identity Management including access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver ("JML") activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols and standards such as SAML, Oauth.
Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
Analytical and critical mindset, with a strong attention to detail: Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from team members to senior management level.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyze problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
Flexibility and continuous improvement: Can work in an environment with continuous change on the related services.
