Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, and Root Cause Analysis: Utilize your technical expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Prioritisation and Self-Management: Manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Support and Optimization: Maintain and enhance in-house and bespoke applications.
Adaptability: Quickly learn and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
Experience Required:
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service under pressure.
Operational Support: Experience within medium to large-sized enterprises.
Technical Versatility: Broad technical experience in dynamic environments.
Project Management: Plan, organize, lead, and deliver fast-moving workloads with both internal and external resources.
Methodologies: Work to recognized methodologies such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile.
Mentoring: Support junior colleagues through mentoring, training, and documentation.
Technical Knowledge:
Enterprise Technologies: VMware, DHCP, DNS, AD, DFS, GPO, M365, Entra AD, MDM.
Database Management: SQL support, administration, and optimization.
Monitoring: Capacity, performance, and availability monitoring (SCOM).
Security: Prevent security, vulnerability, and malware threats.
Networking (Desirable): LAN, WAN, WLAN.
Industry Experience (Desirable): Motorsport, OEM automotive, or engineering background.
F1 Team Experience (Desirable): Previous experience working within an F1 team.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree or relevant qualifications in a technology or science subject.
