Job Description
Join Our Fast-Paced Team as a Marketing Associate! (Digital & Data)

Are you hungry for success? Eager to make your mark? Ready to dive into a world where no two days are the same?

We're on the lookout for Energetic, Resourceful Associates who are ready to jump into the deep end and thrive in a high-energy environment. If you’ve got drive, determination, and a desire to be part of something BIG, keep reading.

What You’ll Do:
We are a scaled digital consumer business and we have new challenges and opportunities presenting to us all the time. But right now, we can’t take advantage of all of them because we don’t have enough doers! We need people who can take the initiative, take action, and take ownership of an evolving and varied number of tasks and projects.

One day you might be asked to organise a podcast event or video shoot, the next might be conducting online research with our users so we can enhance the customer experience. This role will work best for someone with the confidence to try new things and learn on the job.

In particular, this Social Media Associate role will focus on:
Scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms.
Monitoring and reporting engagement metrics and analytics to assess performance.
Using data insights to inform social media strategies and improve audience engagement.
Working with spreadsheets and reporting tools to track content performance and trends.
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
Staying updated with social media trends and platform updates.

You will need to be able to:
Work independently and problem solve like a pro!
Understand that your responsibilities and job role will constantly evolve and change
Be determined to not only start but finish projects on time with high-quality outputs.
Set and manage budgets.
Stay calm under pressure to ensure clarity of thought.
Be ready to roll your sleeves up and find a way to get it done (whatever “it” is)! No excuses - just heads down and power through to the finish line.
Enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics to inform and improve online presence.

We know you won’t always have done the things we need doing before, so you need to be comfortable with finding a way! And that is really part of the fun!

In the future, we imagine that our Associates will become intrinsic players on our senior team, with a deep knowledge of how we work and be able to take bigger roles in the growing number of online brands and services we are developing.

Who You Are:
Ambitious: You’re not just looking for a job — you are looking for an adventure and you’re ready to work for it.
Quick Learner: You pick up new skills faster than most and love a challenge.
Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments (and don’t just say it in interviews) and aren’t afraid to roll with the punches.
Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the latest tools and tech that help keep our team on track.
Data-Driven: You enjoy using analytics to inform decisions and improve social media content.
