Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Advisor initially for a 6 month FTC.
Job Purpose:
The HR Operations Advisor plays a key role in providing HR operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services. This includes managing HR processes, systems, and employee-related queries while working closely with the wider HR teams to deliver effective HR solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy & Process Management:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment law, and best practices.
Provide advice and guidance on HR-related queries and processes.
Monitor and streamline HR administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Employee Lifecycle Support:
Oversee and support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Manage and process employee data changes and updates in HR systems.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee documentation (e.g., contracts, changes in terms of employment).
HR Systems and Data Management:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
CIPD level 3 or 5
Experience:
Proven experience in HR operations, administration, or HR support roles.
Experience with HRIS and employee management systems. (Having Hi-Bob experience would be desirable)
Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
