This is a 24 month contract starting on the 1st of July 2025

As our Packaging TPL you will be the project support for a wide variety of packaging challenges in the areas of sustainability, NPD and licence to operate technical packing projects. Including supporting 100% recyclability & 100% RPET projects. You will contribute to the NPD commitments of the packaging team to drive profitable growth and volume as well as contributing to the saving commitments of the packaging team. Ensure high standard of quality for packaging materials and related processes.

YOUR ROLE

Contribute to development and industrialization of new or renovated pack on productions lies with high quality level/standards according to marketing brief, consumer expectations and regulations.
Propose and contribute to cost reduction projects: on raw materials, production efficiency, rationalization
Contribute to define sustainability plans, monitor and achieve sustainability strategy targets with Eco conception mindset.
Lead pack projects with project management best practice on NPD projects &/or Business continuity projects
Coordinate stakeholders to achieve product launch successfully in terms of cost/quality/timing including industrial tests and 1st production organization and follow-up
Lead risk matrix analysis on the project with relevant expert stakeholders and build risk mitigation action plan
Continuous improvement:
Support factories and quality department on problem solving packaging issues using Kaizen methodology.

Pack category model:
Support and contribute to the pack category model.
Responsible for great standards of packaging specification quality
Contribute and deliver the pack category roadmap.
Proactive watch on the category and way of working improvement linked to the category.

Packaging data & specifications:
Co-lead creation of packaging Bill of Materials (BOM) in the packaging technical library
Co-lead creating and maintaining packaging specifications in the packaging technical library.

Packaging Innovation:
Support with identifying, researching and recommending new packaging solutions driving future growth of the business.
Support relationship with local environmental/recycling agencies
Ensure compliance of our portfolio to new local/regional regulations

This is an 8 month FTC role

As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns and ensure they are delivered to the customer facing teams in a consistent, simple and efficient manner. It will focus on leading a best-in-class end to end execution process and material to deliver commercial and Brand Growth for Suntory GB&I and allow our customer facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’
You will develop Shopper toolkits for all campaigns that provide internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight to deliver our Shopper marketing campaigns. You will support the business in creating marketing leading Brand and commercial plans and support delivering our growth agenda. Ensure seamless Brand communication to our external facing sales team. You will lead the short team (6month) execution process ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the cross functional business.
You will work across a wide variety of functions Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P and Ted, needing to regularly influence a number of key stakeholders at a variety of levels to ensure the plans are optimal, followed by superb execution in market. They will need to ensure they can convert trends, insight, and market activity into insight and ultimately campaigns.
This is a non-customer facing strategic role however it enables the other team members to be 10% Gemba centric. This is done by creating collaborative relationships with our agency partners, lead flawless execution tracking and process and manage all internal sign off process. It will also be focused on delivering against our customer agendas and needs Therefore the individual will need to be able to think in a multi-faceted way to bring together a commercial lens, brand plans and a customer perspective to create rounded and objective opinions and recommendations

YOUR ROLE

Leads the Shopper Marketing campaign creative and management across drinks portfolio. Lucozade Energy, Sport & Ribena
Build strategic and customer centric execution toolkits for all campaigns including the internal back-office process
Develop and implement the end-to-end Shopper Marketing execution process delivers appropriate inputs into the commercial cycle
Lead of the overall tracking and evaluation of each activation campaign including maintaining the master scorecard and providing recommendations for future campaigns based on the insight and data collected
Build and lead the Brand communication platform to enable the flow of appropriate information to the sales function that provides them with best-in-class external facing content
Support the forming and maintaining effective and efficient relationships with a variety of Shopper Marketing agencies and Brand Partners
Share and collate best in class insights from agencies/suppliers/retailers
Owns translation of brand, consumer and shopper insights into shopper activation
Owns review of all point-of-sale material- new technologies/innovation

YOUR ROLE

Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure, ensuring compliance with mandated frameworks.
Collaborate with the Sustainability Director to shape reporting roadmaps and integrate key insights, like double materiality assessments.
Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for mandatory and voluntary disclosures.
Act as the main contact with our ESG reporting vendor, optimizing performance to meet goals.
Conduct gap analyses and align sustainability performance indicators with reporting requirements.
Oversee and manage internal and external disclosure audit processes in partnership with key stakeholders.
Coordinate the data collection for the annual SBFE sustainability report, engaging with internal teams and external agencies.
Deliver training to internal teams across finance, supply chain, and sustainability functions to build ESG reporting skills.
