Job Description
We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead and enhance our global Security Operations Center (SOC) across multiple regions. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SOC operations, and experience in managing global security teams to ensure a proactive and effective security posture.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the global Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 security monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
Develop and execute SOC strategies to enhance security operations, automation, and efficiency.
Oversee SOC processes, staffing, and operational workflows to align with business and security objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in SOC capabilities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.).
Establish and refine KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure SOC performance and risk reduction.
Lead the incident response function, ensuring rapid detection, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
Oversee threat intelligence integration and proactive threat hunting efforts to identify and mitigate risks before exploitation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security response capabilities and drive automation using SOAR platforms.
Act as the primary escalation point for major security incidents, coordinating response and communication across global teams.
Build and mentor a high-performing global SOC team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Define and implement SOC training programs, including tabletop exercises and attack simulation drills.
Ensure SOC analysts, engineers, and threat hunters are aligned with emerging threats and evolving security landscapes.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of security technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, and cloud security tools.
Drive SOC automation and orchestration to improve response times and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security Engineering teams to integrate security best practices into broader business processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in security operations, SOC management, or cybersecurity leadership roles.
Proven experience leading global security operations teams in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of SOC tools and technologies
Experience with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS Controls.
Expertise in incident response, threat intelligence, and security automation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle security incidents efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CSOM or SOC-related credentials.
Experience in security automation and orchestration (SOAR) to improve SOC efficiency.
Experience working with regulatory compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, NIST 800-53, etc.).

Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Architect with expert-level experience in Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation. This role is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimising our Compensation & Benefits structures within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Fusion Workforce Compensation.
This position will serve as the technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Compensation & Benefits within Oracle HCM to develop innovative and scalable solutions that align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture, Configuration & Deployment
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Fusion Workforce Compensation to support base pay, merit increases, short- and long-term incentives, stock grants, and executive compensation.
Configure compensation cycles, salary planning, bonus calculations, and total rewards structures within Oracle HCM.
Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of compensation and benefits configurations, ensuring system accuracy and compliance.
Process Optimisation
Serve as the technical expert on Fusion Workforce Compensation, troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and optimizing workflows.
Implement automation and system enhancements to improve HR operations, minimize manual work, and ensure accuracy.
Monitor data integrity, ensuring compensation and benefits records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
Manage patches, upgrades, and new releases, identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Administer the deployment of Fusion Workforce Compensation to support base pay, merit increases, short- and long-term incentives, stock grants, and executive compensation program management.
Provide real-time guidance on system navigation to users during open cycles.
Develop compensation metrics-based dashboards based on Workforce Compensation data to deliver real-time outcome views.
Compensation & Benefits Analytics & Reporting
Streamline data processes, ensuring accuracy, and deliver actionable insights through interactive and well-structured Power BI dashboards.
Develop and generate Oracle HCM reports for compensation and benefits analytics.
Develop, build, transition and maintain integrated Power BI-ready Excel reports.
Track current and historical Total Reward data changes on Oracle HCM, ensuring that all data is updated to reflect any recent changes.
Propose continuous improvements/enhancements to Total Rewards data capabilities in Oracle HCM by driving optimization and automation of existing Excel-based reports, ensuring efficient data refreshes and connectivity within Power BI Workspaces.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
Partner with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for HR users and managers on system functionalities and best practices.
Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and Oracle Support, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and enhancements.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead HRIS projects related to Compensation & Benefits enhancements, system upgrades, and process automation.
Identify and implement best practices in compensation planning and benefits administration using Oracle HCM.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation enhancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, HR technology, or compensation systems.
Expert-level hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation.
Proven track record in designing, configuring, and deploying compensation plans, salary structures, and incentive programs in Oracle HCM.
Data manipulation, analysis, and transitioning Excel-based reports into dynamic BI dashboards.
A strong understanding of Power BI Service, including Dataflows and SharePoint-based data sources, is essential to support scalable and automated reporting solutions.Ability to troubleshoot compensation cycle issues, system performance problems, and data discrepancies.Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with global compensation structures.
Knowledge of HR process automation, API integrations, and security configurations.
Familiarity with SOX compliance.
