Job Description
As a Data Entry Administrator, you'll be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail. Using IGM's platform, you'll accurately publish and record real-time updates on bond issues - from initial announcement through to final pricing, and market reception. Your responsibilities will also include undertaking related database maintenance.
Other aspects of your Data Entry Administrator role will involve using IGM's historical data, proprietary metrics, and the Microsoft Office suite to create various daily and weekly reports for IGM's credit clients. You'll also work with senior members of the credit team on the production of additional content initiatives as necessary.
You should be highly detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. It's important that you work well within a team as well as independently, and you should be strongly motivated to shape your working experience and career inside our dynamic team.
While knowledge of financial markets may be an advantage, it's not a requirement for your role. You'll be provided with all the necessary training and tools to succeed in this position.

Validate, source, and circulate details on new bond issuance, including specifics on pricing, demand and distribution
