Job Title
Business Analyst
Job Description
Business Analyst – Oracle (12-18 Month FTC)

Hybrid – 3–4 days/week in Watford for workshops
£55k-£60k per annum
12-18 month fixed-term contract
Start: ASAP

The Role
We’re working with a UK-based organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its systems and business processes — with Oracle at the heart of it. They’re now looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support a major Oracle Redwood implementation and help redesign key internal workflows.

This is a generalist BA role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, rolling their sleeves up, and staying close to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
Support the delivery of Oracle Redwood features and change management across internal user groups.
Document business processes (especially around SLAM: Starters, Leavers, and Movers).
Produce detailed process maps (Visio) and support manual testing and UAT.
Translate complex systems change into clear business impact for non-technical users.
Work closely with a collaborative BA team and internal tech teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within mid-sized or regulated environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, ideally including Redwood UI.
Solid understanding of business process reengineering, especially in HR/talent systems.
Comfortable working without modern agile tooling (e.g. no JIRA, no automated story management).
Confident using Visio, Teams, and producing clear, accessible documentation.
Ability to lead in-person workshops and engage with non-digital-native audiences.
A collaborative, adaptable approach — this is a delivery-focused environment where BAs stay involved through to implementation.

The Offer
Up to £60,000 salary (12-18 month fixed-term contract)
Hybrid working – 3 to 4 days per week on-site in Watford for workshops
Supportive team of BAs and access to internal training
A chance to make a tangible impact on a major transformation programme
