Full Stack Data Scientist - £70,000 - London - StartUp
Job Description
My client, an award-winning European Tech startup in the sustainability and transportation sector, is seeking a Full-Stack Data Scientist to join their innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and ML solutions that are helping transform supply chain sustainability.

Key Focus Areas:

Design and implementation of advanced ML models, particularly decision trees and statistical models
Development of scalable APIs using FastAPI
Building robust data pipelines and ETL processes
Data analysis and predictive modeling

Technical Requirements:

Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn essential)
Proven experience with statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
Extensive knowledge of API development and RESTful principles
Experience with database systems and data modeling
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker

Your Profile:

2+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or backend development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Points For:

Experience with spatial data processing
Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
Databricks expertise
Deep understanding of MLOps and SDLC
