Are you interested in working in Aerospace/Defense? We’re VeroTech, a Belgian engineering consultancy company specialized in R&D projects, currently looking for talented engineers.
Your mission
As a System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in formalizing requirements for system design and development, coordinating necessary activities for client needs analysis, and ensuring system verification and validation.
Your responsibilities are:
Analyze client/prospect needs and verify/validate systems.
Manage System Engineering tools for requirements and modeling.
Draft and update requirement specifications.
Engage in Functional and Safety Analysis of systems.
Contribute to system modeling and create behavioral diagrams.
Your profile
Master's degree in Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial sector, with a training in System Engineering as defined by INCOSE is a big plus.
Proficient in using Matlab Simulink and DOORS
Good knowledge of SysML and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering).
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

About The Role
As a Product Development Engineer, you will be crucial in advancing the printhead technology by integrating a focused thermal (transferred or non-transferred) plasma jet. Your key responsibilities include:
Capture ideas and transform them into a finalized design.
Develop methodologies & concepts, design, prototype, and test the product.
Tackle challenges working with complex materials that may pose risks.
Take ownership to bring the project to a successful outcome.
Collaborate with the team for iterative improvements.
What we’re looking for
Master’s degree in (electro)mechanical
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine design
Good command of SolidWorks and 3D printing
Team player, autonomous, and decision maker
Proficient in English

As a Simulation Engineer, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to develop groundbreaking fiber optic telecommunications technologies. Your role involves supporting mechanical design through Finite Element Analysis and precision tolerance calculations, focusing on Datacenter connectivity applications.
Key responsibilities
Conduct Finite Element Analysis and Precision Tolerance calculations for Datacenter connectivity applications
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on advanced technology development projects
If needed, aid with hands-on engineering testing and experimentation in a lab environment to validate the FEA
What we’re looking for
Master/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with Finite Element Analysis: Ansys or LSDyna, especially in nonlinear analysis, contact modelling and static analysis of metals, plastics and ceramics of micro – to mm parts
Strong skills in precision tolerance calculations, analytical modeling, and proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably Creo).
Familiarity with molding/manufacturing technologies and data processing/analysis.
Hands-on experience with lab testing and experimentation to validate designs and simulations.
