We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to be part of our journey.
What we’re looking for
Startup mindset, entrepreneurial at heart with strong leadership instincts
PowerPoint artist and an Excel wizard with strong analytical skills
Business & marketing background with experience in formative companies
Project management & organization skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Fluency in French & English (non-negotiable), Spanish is a plus
Education from Business school or equivalent
What you’ll do
Analyze business challenges and turn them into structured insights.
Lead and manage projects, from research to client delivery.
Develop strategic recommendations and craft compelling commercial proposals.
Own the visual storytelling, creating high-impact presentations and reports.
Work directly with clients, contributing to workshops and strategic planning.
Help shape BMC’s growth in France with fresh thinking and strong execution.
