North Scout's client are currently seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join their team on a contract basis, leading a significant migration project.

In this key role, the React Native Developer will lead the migration of existing Android and iOS mobile applications to React Native. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with an established client team, providing expertise and guidance while coaching and mentoring junior developers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of mobile applications from native Android and iOS to React Native.
Work collaboratively with the client’s development team to implement best practices and coding standards.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on React Native development techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the migration.
Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in migrating mobile applications to React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and React Native.
Familiarity with mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
