New User Onboarding, Data Migration & SQL migrations
Software deployment (PDQ) & Windows Patch Management
SAP Business Objects report writing (preferred)
Requirements:
Full UK Drivers License & personal vehicle (travel to other sites infrequent)
Experience in systems monitoring, backup, and user management

About the Role

Act as the point of contact for conference room queries.
Conduct monthly audits (50% of the estate).
Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC completion aligns with SLA requirements.
