What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale software development & implementation projects.
Experience managing offshore and multi-location teams (preferably India-based development teams).
Strong track record in handling enterprise-level client engagements.

Technical & Methodology Expertise

Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Leadership & Communication

Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate at executive levels.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving programme success.
Ability to handle cultural and time zone differences effectively.

Risk & Compliance Management

Experience in contract management and vendor negotiations.
Strong background in budget control, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

The Following Would Be An Advantage

Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or ITIL.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, or government).
Exposure to enterprise software platforms, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
ESG Initiatives and systems – Carbon footprint management & improvement
Sound understanding of management systems
Sound understanding of HSE legislative requirements
Awareness of compliance and legal

Other Requirements

Job Details

We have exciting opportunities for Full Stack Web Application Developers to work as part of a Scrum development team on the design, development, and deployment of web applications for Concept’s new cloud based Navigation Hub. Web applications would be developed using JavaScript and React on the front end connecting to a back end powered by a variety of AWS services.

What are we looking for?

Successful Candidates Will Have Experience In The Following Areas

Full stack development experience in a commercial environment
JavaScript / React web app development experience in desktop, mobile and tablet
Experience of hosting and deploying production web solutions in the cloud
3 years experience of AWS, or similar cloud infrastructure. AWS Services of interest include:
Lambda, API Gateway
EC2, S3
Cognito / Authentication
Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving and solution development
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team

We are seeking talented and passionate C++/Java developers to join our Seismic Survey Planning and Simulation team. The successful candidate will be based in the UK and collaborate closely with our development team in Denver, Colorado.

What are we looking for?

Successful Candidates Will Have Experience In The Following Areas

At least 5 years commercial experience using:
C++ (v11+), Java (ideally candidates will have experience of both)
Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) Library
Development of desktop applications for Windows
Visual Studio
At least 3 years working at a senior level
Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving and solution development
Excellent communication skills are essential with an ability to articulate high level business requirements to low level technical details to a varied audience
