Job Title: Senior Guidewire Cloud Migration & Agile Expert
Location : UK
Overview:
We’re looking for a Guidewire expert with experience in PolicyCenter , BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimsCenter cloud implementations and on-prem-to-cloud migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Guidewire cloud implementations and migrations, identifying gaps and risks.
• Drive agile maturity, improving PO training and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Guidewire SurePath methodology, technical integrations, and agile delivery.
• Manage acceptance criteria, security testing (SAST/DAST),NFT/NFR and test data strategies
• Work with vendors for code quality and automation
• Define and implement test data strategies using Kafka/Confluent Cloud.
• Ensure technical integrations are on track, managing dependencies and delays.

Key Skills:
Experience in Android development with Kotlin.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Prior experience building user experiences in Android.
Prior experience writing unit, integration and automation tests for Android.
Developing features and tools to support process automation.
Good understanding of defect triage process, ability to diagnose and resolve defects independently (looking at logs, code and metrics).
Experience with version control systems like Git or similar.
Experience with IDEs commonly used for mobile development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
