My client is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their world renowned consulting organisation here in Malta. You will own, develop, implement, and oversee all internal Infrastructure of the organisation and their European partners. You will oversee the execution of security operations, including access control, network security, endpoint protection, data protection, and physical security measures. You will be involved in technical discussions with senior leadership where your thoughts will be heard and you will be involved in decision making for the organisation and make real impact.

You will Deploy and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure hybrid infrastructure solutions as well as developing and implementing automation tools to streamline infrastructure operations. This organisation has a highly sophisticated infrastructure as they serve users in Malta & other European bases. They have a team of incredibly high-performing technical experts that you can learn from whilst bringing your knowledge to the table. The projects that the organisation works on are incredibly exciting and involve a host of cutting-edge technologies, allowing you to gain unrivalled exposure on the best tech on the market.

You will:
Deploy and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure hybrid infrastructure solutions (both on-premises and Azure cloud) alongside virtualisation technologies including Hyper-V.
Oversee security operations, including access control, network security, endpoint protection, data protection, and physical security measures.
Monitor infrastructure performance using tools such as Zabbix, Azure monitor, PRTG to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements:
4+ years experience with CISCO switches, routers, and wireless devices controllers, firewalls (eg. CheckPoint, Palo Alto, etc.) with PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
Experience in information security principles such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI-DSS.
Experience in containerization technologies e.g. Azure Web Apps, Docker, Kubernetes with understanding of CICD principles
CCNP Certification is a Bonus!

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 DOE
