What Do You Become a Part Of -
Collaborating closely with the Solution Architect Lead to understand and translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Participating in the design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and capabilities within the scope of Order to Cash.
Bringing technical expertise and knowledge to ensure proposed solutions meet established architecture standards and business requirements. Work closely with project managers, business process owners, and other architecture teams to ensure consistency and integrity of solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Providing guidance and technical leadership to team members, ensuring alignment with best practices in architecture and software development.
Collaborating with support and operations teams to ensure smooth transition of implemented solutions to production. Ensuring and supporting established standards for security, compliance, and performance are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support OTC IOM/Billing/Pricing projects, ensuring adherence to CCEP's best practices and global business processes.
What You Will Do –
The main responsibilities can be split into the following broad areas:
Solution Architecture and Delivery
Work closely with the Solution Architect Lead and team members to grasp project needs and help shape solution architectures and designs in line with CCEP guidelines.
Assist in setting and upholding technology standards, strategic planning, and architecture framework to bolster both current and future cloud-based solutions.
Offer insights into technical requirements for existing Order to Cash (OTC) solutions and engage in exploring innovative solutions and technologies.
Contribute to refining delivery methods, key deliverables, and outcomes.
Take part in early assessment activities for demand/solution, identifying potential gaps/risks and suggesting appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with senior BPT and business teams as necessary.
Collaborate with delivery teams to implement top-notch architectural practices for OTC solutions.
Aid in crafting solutions architecture and contributing to solution design documents and project artifacts.
Support endeavours to standardize functionality across various applications within OTC platforms.
Assist in managing technical issues, working with OTC partners towards resolution.
Provide assistance for OTC application upgrades evaluations, testing, and execution.
Lead OTC programs and projects, ensuring adherence to efficiency and compliance standards within the OTC realm.
Collaboration
Cultivate positive connections and nurture a collaborative atmosphere with stakeholders throughout CCEP, including Business Partners, Program and project teams, Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Procurement, Finance, Security, and other departments.
Work closely and efficiently within the team and with external partners to champion and uphold CCEP’s principles and operational methods.

Planning & Mobilization
Collaborate with the Solution Architect Lead and other team members to enable, mobilize, and coordinate functional area resources for Solutioning in Order to Cash and cross-functional Solution Delivery teams.
Ensure the availability and appropriate skill set/training of team members, fostering their growth and readiness to effectively tackle project responsibilities.
Assist the Solution Architect Lead in overseeing the performance and outputs of the System Integrator (SI), providing feedback for ensuring proper Quality Assurance of SI deliverables.
Work closely with the SI to uphold quality standards in Solution architecture, Design, and Build domains, thereby contributing to the successful execution of projects
What We Expect From You –
Degree in computer science, business, engineering or a comparable degree
Desirable: industry-standard qualification in project, program or portfolio management
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP and/or other OTC application delivery in Solution architecture roles in related and comparable positions of team management.
Business-Fluent in English (German, Spanish, and/or French would be advantageous)
Demonstrate expertise in Solution architecture and leading medium to large teams, particularly in diverse international settings, leveraging both internal and external talent.
Proven track record of effectively managing and delivering solutions in collaboration with external partners.
Exhibit proficiency in overseeing large-scale programs and projects within global contexts.
Display adeptness in managing diverse stakeholders (both internal & external) and a varied team handling multiple projects across different geographical locations.
Possess robust analytical and planning capabilities, coupled with an independent, goal-oriented approach to work processes.
Previous involvement in the consumer product market or beverage industry, offering valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and needs.
Showcase familiarity with budgeting and annual business planning procedures.

Missions principales
Vision catégorielle :
Développer et partager la vision catégorielle de CCEP en étroite collaboration avec les équipes SD&I, Category Management, Sales, Planning stratégique, Marketing marques, Global & KO et adapter cette vision catégorielle à différents formats de réunions internes et externes (ABP, Top to Top, customer event, Super Ambassadeurs…)
Contribuer à l’estimation du potentiel de croissance des BSA et des SD à moyen terme ( 3-5 ans) en collaboration avec les équipes planning stratégique
Réaliser des études, tests, veilles du marché en collaboration avec l’équipe SD&I pour renforcer la vision catégorielle
Être moteur de la démarche WCKAM en interne : acculturation autour de la catégorie des boissons sans alcool auprès des équipes Sales& Field Sales à travers différentes prises de paroles et différents supports (ex : brand academy)
Développer et partager aux équipes category management & sales des supports ad hoc sur les enjeux spécifiques du marché des liquides (ex : analyse sur les bières sans alcool, sur les boissons chaudes) pour renforcer la collaboration avec nos clients
S’assurer que l’ensemble des selling stories partent de la vision catégorielle
Développer les histoires catégorielles pour le lancement de nouvelles catégories dans le portefeuille de CCEP
Contribuer à construction de la stratégie d’exécution des leviers (histoire merch, histoire snacking, argus Coolers, IC Boost, standards)
Contribuer à la Community of Practice Category et au rayonnement de la France à l’international
Stratégie catégorielle interne :
Accompagner le senior manager stratégie catégorielle dans l’identification et le sizing des opportunités de développement pour CCEP par circuit et par levier (« where to play » / « how to play »)
Accompagner le senior manager stratégie catégorielle dans l’animation de ces opportunités en interne
Management opérationnel du chef de projet stratégie catégorielle
Expériences requises
Expérience significative sur des fonctions de category management, marketing produits et/ou études en agroalimentaire.
